Clean Harbors, Inc. (Clean Harbors), a provider of environmental, energy and industrial services to various industries, entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% stake in Destiny Resource Services Corp. (Destiny Resource Services), a provider of seismic front-end services to conduct hydro graphic surveys in varying water bodies, from Logan International Inc. (Logan International) for a purchase consideration of CAD38m ($39.62m). Logan International is engaged in the provision of specialty down hole tool products for oilfield service companies and its subsidiaries. Peters & Co. Limited is acting as financial advisor to Logan International with respect to the transaction. The transaction is subject to customary conditions, the successful completion of due diligence reviews and certain third party consents and is expected to close in July 2011.
