  • Region: Russia
  • 93 Pages
  • INFOMINE Research Group

This report focuses on the current helium market conditions in Russia and forecasts market development. The report consists of 6 parts, contains 93 pages including 17 figures, 30 tables and appendices.

The introduction provides information on the properties of helium. In the first chapter of the report, the mineral resource base of helium in Russia is described, and this section includes a description of promising fields of development and helium reserves.

The second chapter of the report is devoted to the production of helium in Russia. In this section, the report presents statistical data on helium volumes and includes qualitative data. The characteristics of the only producer of helium in Russia are also provided.

In the third chapter of the report, export-import operations in helium in 2005-2010 are considered. Characteristics of exports by brand, country and consumer are presented. In addition, the characteristic of helium imports by country-supplier and Russian consumers are covered.

The fourth chapter presents data on domestic prices for helium, as well as the dynamics of export and import prices. In the fifth chapter of the report, consumption of helium in the Russian Federation is described. This section provides supply-demand balance for the product. The consumption of compressed helium gas and liquid product is considered separately.

In the sixth chapter of the report, a forecast of development of the Russian market for helium up to 2015 is presented. The appendix provides addresses and contact information for enterprises producing and consuming helium.

NOTE: This report is currently available in the Russian language only.
