Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'SP-1+/A-1' and 'SP-1+' ratings to JPMorgan Securities PUTTERs & DRIVERs Trust's series 3937, relating to Texas' tax and revenue anticipation notes series 2010. The long-term component of the rating on the PUTTERs and DRIVERs is based on the rating on the underlying assets (SP-1+).
