(DB), Dexia Crédit Local (DCL), and Dexia Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (DBIL) reflect the strong creditworthiness of the Dexia group to which they belong. Dexia's low level of counterparty risk is the result of the group's low-risk business mix, excellent asset quality, good operating performance, and strong capital base.
