Abstract
MELBOURNE (Standard & Poor's) July 16, 2003--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today announced that it has assigned its 'BBB/A-2' ratings to the proposed Alinta Network Holdings Pty Ltd. (ANH). The outlook on the ratings is stable. At the same time, Standard & Poor's assigned a 'BBB' bank-loan rating to ANH's proposed A$530 million senior-unsecured bank loan facilities, and to the proposed A$30 million senior-unsecured bank loan facilities of its wholly owned subsidiary, AlintaGas Networks Pty Ltd. (AGN). All of the senior-bank loan facilities carry joint and several guarantees from ANH and AGN.
