Abstract French toll road operator APRR has demonstrated resilient operational performance and has taken a first tangible step toward easing its refinancing requirements. We are revising our outlook on APRR to stable from negative. At the same time, we are affirming our 'BBB-/A-3' ratings on APRR. The stable outlook reflects our belief that the APRR group (consolidated up to its parent holding, Eiffarie) will reduce debt steadily, in absolute terms, and continue to refinance in an orderly fashion ahead of schedule.
