Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) August 4, 2011-Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that CoreLogic Inc.'s (BB/Stable/--) recent announcement that it has lowered its revenue growth and earnings expectations for fiscal 2011 does not affect our ratings on the company at this time. The current ratings and outlook reflect our expectation that the company's leadership position in key markets will support consistent profitability, and that leverage will remain in the 3x area, despite the earnings revision. In addition, we expect modest growth in CoreLogic's Data & Analytics segment (including acquisitions) to offset expected weakness in mortgage origination activity.
