Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to the $2.625 million series 2011A lease-revenue certificates of participation (COPs), issued by Mississippi Department of Finance & Administration (the department) and supported by Mississippi master-lease program for school and community college districts. At the same time, Standard & Poor's has affirmed its 'AA-' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on Mississippi's outstanding lease-revenue debt. The outlook is stable.
