Abstract
OVERVIEW We raised our rating to 'BBB+ (sf)' from 'BBB- (sf)' on the class B notes from ACAS Business Loan Trust 2006-1 and removed them from CreditWatch with positive implications. We affirmed our ratings on the class A, C, and D notes and removed them from CreditWatch with positive implications. The upgrade reflects a $119.13 million paydown to the class A notes since we lowered our ratings on all of the rated notes on March 31, 2010.
