Abstract
Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' rating, and stable outlook, to Wyandotte County/Kansas City Unified Government, Kan.'s series 2011-D general obligation (GO) refunding bonds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the unified government's existing GO debt and 'AA-' rating on its existing appropriation debt. The outlook is stable. Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'SP-1+' short-term rating on the unified government's short-term debt outstanding.
