SAN FRANCISCO (Standard & Poor's) Feb. 17, 2011-- Standard & Poor's Ratings Services revised the outlook to positive from stable on its 'A' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on Missouri Health and Educational Facilities Authority's series 2001 and 2006 revenue bonds, issued on behalf of St. Luke's Episcopal-Presbyterian Hospitals, Mo. The positive outlook reflects our opinion of the overall improvement of St. Luke's operating performance and balance sheet over the last several years.
