FRANKFURT (Standard & Poor's) Aug. 8, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today affirmed its 'AAA' credit ratings on Eurohypo AG's public-sector covered bonds following a review. The outlook is negative (see list below). Eurohypo typically draws its public-sector covered bonds under its debt issuance program, which also allows it to issue mortgage covered bonds. For our rating affirmation on Eurohypo's public-sector covered bonds, we have reviewed the asset and cash flow information provided as of March 31, 2011 (the latest reporting date).
