Abstract
LONDON (Standard & Poor's) May 19, 2005-Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that its ratings in the corporate securitization Mitchells & Butlers Finance PLC (M&B) remain unchanged after interim results were published by M&B today (see list below). As a result of our review and the performance of the portfolio since closing, there are no changes to the ratings on the notes of the securitization, in the expectation that the company will continue to perform in line with current EBITDA. M&B has released results for the 28 weeks ending April 9, 2005. The rolling four-quarter EBITDA was -368.5 million, slightly above the run rate of -366 million at closing.
