Abstract
OVERVIEW World Omni Auto Receivables Trust 2010-A is backed by prime retail installment contracts on new and used automobiles, vans, and light-duty trucks. We raised our rating on the class B notes to 'AA+ (sf)' from 'A (sf)' and removed it from CreditWatch positive. NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Aug. 24, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today raised its rating on the class B notes from World Omni Auto Receivables Trust 2010-A (WOART 2010-A) to 'AA+ (sf)' from 'A (sf)'. At the same time, we removed our rating on the notes from CreditWatch where we had placed it with positive implications on April 26, 2011.
