U.K.-based utility Scottish and Southern Energy PLC (SSE) continues to maintain a strong business risk profile and intermediate financial risk profile. We are therefore affirming our 'A-/A-2' long- and short-term corporate credit ratings on SSE. The stable outlook reflects our view that SSE's credit metrics will recover to levels commensurate with the 'A-' rating in the current financial year.
