Abstract
LONDON (Standard & Poor's) May 26, 2006-Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that there are no changes to the ratings in the Mitchells & Butlers Finance PLC (M&B) U.K. securitization following an analysis of yesterday's publication of M&B's interim results. M&B released a good set of results for the 28 weeks ending April 15, 2006. Sales on a like-for-like basis were up 4.2% in the 32 week period to May 13, 2006, with growth coming once again mainly from food and nonbeer drinks, and from public houses (pubs) in residential areas.
