Abstract
In light of today's publication of ScottishPower U.K. PLC's (ScottishPower; A/Watch Neg/A-1) half-year results and the announcement that the group's water and sewage subsidiary Southern Water Services Ltd. (A/Watch Neg/--) will be restructured and financially ring-fenced from the rest of the group, Standard & Poor's said today that it expects to resolve the CreditWatch placement on ScottishPower very shortly. Standard & Poor's remains concerned about performance at the PacifiCorp subsidiary, including continued high power costs and uncertainty over the level of regulatory rebates that are available to offset them....
