OVERVIEW We affirmed our ratings on all 10 classes of notes from MAC Capital Ltd. and removed our ratings on the class X, A-1L, and A-1LV notes from CreditWatch negative. The affirmations and CreditWatch removals take into account both our updated counterparty and corporate CDO criteria. NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) July 12, 2011--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today affirmed its ratings on the 10 classes of notes issued by MAC Capital Ltd., a cash flow collateralized loan obligation (CLO) managed by Crescent Capital Group L.P.
