Abstract
U.S.-based maintenance services provider Aquilex Holdings LLC is in discussions with its lenders to amend certain terms of its credit facility to provide additional headroom under financial covenants. We are affirming our ratings on Aquilex and removing the ratings from CreditWatch, where they were placed with negative implications on Sept. 22, 2010. The stable outlook reflects our view that the company's improving operating results will support the proposed amendment, and that Aquilex will retain adequate liquidity over the next year including sufficient headroom under its financial covenants.
