The company is present in 21 countries through ownership interests in 37 refineries. The company’s chemical business involves manufacturing and marketing commodity petrochemicals, including olefins, aromatics, polyethylene and polypropylene plastics. Exxon also holds interests in electric power generation facilities. Exxon had proved reserves of 24,808.8 MMboe at the end of 2010
