Vietnam is still one of the fastest growing technology markets in Asia. The Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) is considered the largest Internet service provider, holding over 74 percent of Vietnam's broadband market. With respect to the telecoms market, the three largest operators - Viettel, MobiFone, and Vinaphone –account for 36.35 percent, 28.82 percent, and 28.42 percent, respectively, of all subscribers.
