Bulletin: Ratings Unchanged In Three BBC-Related U.K. CMBS Transactions Jun 07

Abstract
LONDON (Standard & Poor's) June 12, 2007-Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that, following a review of the the credit quality of the British Broadcasting Corp. (BBC) and three transactions involving the BBC: Juturna (European Loan Conduit No. 16) PLC (ELOC 16), Pacific Quay Finance PLC (Pacific Quay), and White City Property Finance PLC (White City), there are no changes to the ratings on the notes in these three transactions (see list below). 'We have concluded that the credit quality of the BBC remains sufficient to support the ratings on the notes issued under these transactions,' said credit analyst Esther Robinson Wild.
