Abstract
LONDON (Standard & Poor's) Dec. 13, 2004-The 'AAA' rating on Juturna (European Loan Conduit No. 16) PLC, and the 'AA-' rating on Pacific Quay Finance PLC, which provided funding for the British Broadcasting Corporation's (BBC) London and Scottish headquarters, respectively, are unchanged by its plans to undertake a significant organizational restructuring over the next three years. Standard & Poor's awaits further details on the full budgetary impact, a more detailed implementation plan, the response of the Department of Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) on Charter Renewal, and the BBC's future funding in the Green Paper due to be released in the first quarter of 2005.
