At the same time, Standard & Poor's assigned its 'AAA' long-term rating to Sedgwick County Public Building Commission (PBC), Kan.'s series 2011-1 lease purchase revenue bonds, issued on behalf of Sedgwick County. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AAA' long-term rating on the county's existing GO debt. The outlook on all bonds is stable.
