Abstract FRANKFURT (Standard & Poor's) Aug. 17, 2004--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that the ratings and outlook on Germany-based Dresdner Bank AG (Dresdner; A/Negative/A-1) remain unchanged following Dresdner's report of positive second-quarter 2004 results, which are generally in line with Standard & Poor's expectations. This follows Standard & Poor's announcement on its parent Allianz AG (AA-/Negative/A-1+; see article entitled 'Allianz AG Ratings Unaffected by Strong Second-Quarter 2004 Results', published on Aug. 16, 2004, on RatingsDirect, Standard & Poor's Web-based credit analysis system).
