Alexandria Capital's Series 2003-3 Notes Taken Off Watch as Loss Rates Improve Oct 04

Abstract LONDON (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 1, 2004--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it removed the -8.538 million class A secured fixed-rate notes series 2003-3 issued by Alexandria Capital PLC from CreditWatch, where it had been placed with negative implications on April 5, 2004. At the same time, we affirmed the 'A' rating on them. The removal from CreditWatch and affirmation of the rating follows a lowering of the scenario loss rates at the 'A' rating level. This was enabled by the shortening of the time to maturity of the transaction and the relatively stable performance of the underlying reference portfolio of corporate entities since they were placed on CreditWatch.
