NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 10, 2002--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services today lowered its rating on Brahms Funding Corp.'s 4(2) commercial paper program, administered by Dresdner Bank AG, to 'A-1' from 'A-1+' and removed it from CreditWatch negative, where it was placed on Aug. 6, 2002. This rating action and CreditWatch removal follows the downgrade of Dresdner Bank AG on Oct. 9, 2002.
