In the following series of questions and answers, Standard & Poor's Director Todd Shipman discusses the outlook for the regulated utilities sector. This article was written in conjunction with a series of Q&A sessions conducted for Standard & Poor's CreditMatters TV. (And watch the related CreditMatters TV segment titled, "Why The Outlook Is Stable For U.S. Electric Utilities," dated March 15, 2010.)
