Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's CreditWire) July 23, 2001--Standard & Poor's today affirmed its 'A-1'-plus rating on Brahms Funding Corp.'s asset-backed commercial paper and removed it from CreditWatch, where it was placed on March 30, 2001. This CreditWatch removal reflects Standard & Poor's Financial Institutions Ratings group's recent rating action taken on Dresdner Bank AG's short-term rating.
