BULLETIN: U.K.'s Green Paper On Future Of BBC Has No Effect On Related CMBS Transactions Mar 05

Abstract LONDON (Standard & Poor's) March 4, 2005 - The U.K.'s Department of Culture, Media & Sport's published its Green Paper reviewing the British Broadcasting Corp.'s (BBC) Royal Charter on March 2, 2005. Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has reviewed the effect of the Green Paper on two related European CMBS transactions and no rating action is to be taken at this time (see list below). The two transactions, Juturna (European Loan Conduit No. 16) PLC and Pacific Quay Finance PLC, provided funding for the BBC's London and Scottish headquarters, respectively.
