Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 31, 2008--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services removed its 'AAA' rating on 29 Financial Guaranty Insurance Co. (FGIC) guaranteed investment contract/investment agreement-backed issues listed below from CreditWatch with negative implications where it had been placed Dec. 20, 2007. All the bond issues receive partial support in the form of guaranteed investment contracts or investment agreements from FGIC. The CreditWatch removal reflects the confirmation from FGIC that the issues listed below benefit from a full guarantee on the guaranteed investment contracts or investment agreements from General Electric Capital Corp. (AAA/A-1+).
