Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AAA' long-term rating to St. Louis County School District C-2 (Parkway), Mo.'s series 2011 general obligation (GO) refunding bonds and affirmed its 'AAA' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the district's previously rated GO debt. The outlook is stable. The ratings reflect Standard & Poor's opinion of the district's: Participation in the St. Louis regional economy; Very strong to extremely strong income and market value levels; Very strong financial position, supported with strong reserves and levy flexibility; and Low debt levels.
