Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'SP-1+/A-1' and 'SP-1+' ratings to JPMorgan Securities PUTTERs & DRIVERs Trust's series 3951, respectively, relating to Wichita's renewal and improvement temporary notes series 248. The long-term component of the rating on the PUTTERs and DRIVERs is based on the rating on the underlying asset (SP-1+).
