Abstract
NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Oct. 16, 2003--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AA/A-1+' rating to the $115 million Illinois Health Facilities Authority's hospital revenue bonds, series 2003A, 2003B, and 2003C bonds, issued on behalf of Advocate Health Care Network (AHCN), based in Oak Brook, Ill. The outlook is stable. The sale date is October 22. In addition, Standard & Poor's has affirmed the 'AA' and 'AA/A-1' ratings on the Illinois Health Facilities Authority's outstanding bonds issued on behalf of AHCN. The series 2003 bonds are issued as multimodal bonds, with initial put periods occurring in January, March, and July of each year.
