Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' rating, with stable outlook, to North Harris Montgomery Community College District, Texas' series 2007 limited tax refunding bonds. At the same time, Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'AA' standard long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the district's outstanding bonds.
