Abstract Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'A+' rating to California State University's (CSU) approximately $125 million systemwide revenue bonds, series 2010A, and approximately $230 million systemwide revenue bonds, series 2010B (taxable). Standard & Poor's also affirmed its 'A+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on CSU's other debt. The outlook is stable.
