Ever since the rise of corporations as a business entity, the extent to which they can be liable for their actions as a legal person has been widely debated. Over the past two decades, various incidents of corporate manslaughter have highlighted the special problem of work-related deaths and corporate liability. Subsequently, he compares the British solution with the German approach to corporate manslaughter.
