This book talks about recruitment process and instruments and provides readers of this paper with sufficient information about the subject matter and how recruitment has been differently used in different countries. Based upon the survey conducted I can conclude that the hypothesis that says: 'Recruitment methods and instruments employed by the recruiters in the US and Western Europe are not in widespread use in Croatia, which makes it more difficult to match the right person to the right job' is true, although its validity and credibility is 100% reliable, for there are some contaminating factors, such as impossibility to survey more companies. The book uses very useful information were experts’ opinions gained from experts in the US, UK, Germany and Croatia prove that for business to succeed and for it to stay in the top takes much more than just a good product/service and appealing marketing promotion. Human potentials play a huge role in one company’s success, therefore, more attention to the recruitment and recruitment instruments in hiring process is strongly recommended.
