The purpose of this work is to investigate the possibility of implementing different ethical corporate cultures to produce improved performance and maximize results in organizational strategies. Globalization, carrying with it various institutional changes, has created tremendous diversification in the organization cultures throughout the world. Through this empirical study, it is perceived that corporate cultures can be analyzed and molded according to the strategic plans of such organizations. The idiosyncratic traces of a region or of a country involving ethics may still be observed and apply in the organizational culture and also affect the strategic plans as a whole. This essay makes some elementary proposals on how to avoid the repetition of the recent catastrophes and financial scandals in world-wide major conglomerates. Key-words: Developing corporate culture; organizational strategies; ethical corporate culture; investments on social responsibility; culture and organizations; promotion of culture; comparison of corporate cultures; subcultures; the jazz and organizational studies; narcissistic managers in organizations.
