The objective of this work was to find for the Museum of the Hudson Highlands an advanced management system that would overcome the Museum's organizational and communication problems. The assignment resulted with three alternative management systems that can be also applicable by libraries or small organizations. The study shows the increasing role of technology in business and enlightens facilities management functions in business organizations. The work discus how business management has developed in the past years and how important for that was technology revolution. This book emphasizes complexity of facilities manager role in business organizations.
