A clear international tendency exists toward a considerable growth in High Rise Buildings construction, due to its impact in the urbanism, economy and architectural of the cities. However, in occasions this tendency has not been accompanied by an increase Fire Safety levels. Also, in view of recent large fires in tall buildings, such as, One Meridian Square (USA), East Tower Central Park (Venezuela), World Trade Center (USA), Windsor Tower (Spain), serious problems for life safety and structural integrity have been shown.
