Genetic relationships of olives by RAPD Olive, originating from Anatolia, is being cultivated for thousands of years in the Aegean and Mediterranean basin and in 35 provinces of Turkey. It is important to determine genetic relationships between cultivated Manzanilla and Turkish wild olives because wild olives are resistant against diseases and adaptation conditions are higher. Wild olives can be used as a genetic resources for plant breeding.
