To date, in the Azerbaijan Republic mountain tourism is regarded as the industry can create a multiplier effect in the development of regional industry, and in some areas form the basis of socio-economic development. The development of tourist and recreational complex and its parts, mountain tourism, accompanied by a number of both positive and negative results, which requires the creation of an improved management of development, taking into account the specificity of tourism as a complex interdisciplinary, integrating, generating and supporting the development of several sectors of the economy.
