Grape-vine (Vitis vinifera L.) is a perennial deciduous woody vine which is cultivated all over the world. The conventional method of grape vine propagation is time consuming and allows diseases transmission. A planted grapevine needs four to five years to produce propagation materials by cuttings. Tissue culture, which enables mass production of genetically homogeneous populations and healthy plants, is very important techniques for grape vine culture program. This book, therefore, provides results of multiple shoot regeneration from shoot tip and nodal culture. The optimizing experimental results of BAP concentration for shoot initiation, survival and multiplication and the combination of BAP and IBA concentration for shoot multiplication of three varieties of grape ware reported in the book. Moreover, this book includes optimizing experimental results of IAA concentration for rooting and the results of acclimatized plantlets.
