Today the environment is a very important issue. For
example, many people ask the question how the global
warming will affect us and our planet. For many rich
countries this is a question on the agenda, and they
know that something needs to be done. But we believe
that the developing countries and their population
are not aware of that this is a big problem.
Therefore we chose to write this dissertation about
how a waste management project in the Korca region
in Albania suceeded in their communication towards
the population. We wanted to learn if the
communication towards the population about the
project had created an effect or not. To get to know
about this we conducted interviews in the capital
Tirana and in the Korca region situated south east
in Albania.
