The oceans are the very foundations of human life. The Sea is one of the principal means of communication and trade. Militarily and strategically it is important. The evolution of the law of the sea is a response to and a reconciliation of the conflicting interests of the members of the international community. I hope to examine the use of territorial sea marine resources in the modern economy, also examine present and future prospects of discovery of the marine resources of the territorial sea, consider programmes directed at expanding our ability to exploit the territorial sea’s mineral wealth, and increase the awareness of the territorial sea’s significance in other fields as well. Further I wish to explore the possibilities to foster and encourage better relationship among the general public, those in industry and governmental agencies so that they may help to improve territorial sea resource management and issues concerned these with find out solutions and suggestions for the improvement of marine recourses in the territorial sea.
