The functions and roles of father have changed
dramatically over recent years and across cultures,
as the roles of woman evolve towards greater

between fathers and their adolescent children.
Father involvement is essential to ensure healthy
child development, cognitive, intellectual
development, academic achievement and psychological
adjustment in adolescence and a growing salient

With the potential influence in the early life of
adolescent, fathers who can maintain healthy and
effective communication with their children can
significantly support their children in dealing with
the pressure of difficult aspects of growing up.

The aim of this study helps father to establish good
