The paradigm of accessing knowledge using network

analysis of the data traffic characteristics of
campus networks in

performance.

network architecture
turning it into an intelligent educational network.

introduces a methodology for understanding network
traffic
behavior through the combination of quality of
service, degradation
policies, and a queue scheme. It also suggests a new
approach in
routing network packets intelligently by dividing the
application
layer into layers that deals with the forwarding
packet process, the
quality of service integrated into the packet, and
the type of
application the packet belongs to.
