We consider the fundamental questions on how nodal
mobility affects the behavior and performance of
protocol stacks of wireless mobile ad hoc networks
(MANETs). In the book, we attempt to investigate all
aspects of mobility effects on the network behavior,
from link-level, path-level to eventually protocol
level. The findings and proposed models could
significantly contribute to the design of adaptive
routing protocols, better accommodating the dynamic
nature of the underlying network and providing
reliable services to upper layer.
