This book describes an approach to develop a
business concept for a new venture start-up. The
idea is to offer the customers a trendy and
lifestyle-driven product for tasting and drinking
wine on different markets. The emphasis lies on the
ability to develop a business plan for the planned
company and to discuss strategy aspects of the
proceeding and implementation in detail.
Furthermore, the business model is described and
discussed. This model was developed by the author.
Completing the process, the patent registration is
described in this thesis. First, a general business
concept describes three important aspects of the
used business model for the new venture. Moreover,
the adoption of this general concept to the special
business model for “bwg@2bc” is illustrated. Second,
the process of the patent registration for the
product is defined and includes a proceeding for the
implementation and the costs. Finally, the main part
of the thesis describes all essential aspects of a
new venture creation. The results are described
together with further improvements and the next
steps in the conclusion.
